The Foundation Years
(1994–1998)

Every program starts somewhere. For Kamiak Basketball, the early years were about creating an identity from the ground up.

​

Under founding head coach Jerry Morris, the Knights established the culture, competitiveness, and pride that would become the backbone of the program. As a brand-new school in the rugged WesCo landscape, Kamiak had to earn respect quickly against already established programs.

​

These early teams built the tradition of toughness, accountability, and team-first basketball that still defines Kamiak today.​
