The Foundation Years
(1994–1998)
Every program starts somewhere. For Kamiak Basketball, the early years were about creating an identity from the ground up.
Under founding head coach Jerry Morris, the Knights established the culture, competitiveness, and pride that would become the backbone of the program. As a brand-new school in the rugged WesCo landscape, Kamiak had to earn respect quickly against already established programs.
These early teams built the tradition of toughness, accountability, and team-first basketball that still defines Kamiak today.
